Receta Chick Peas In Olive Tahini Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 3 lrg Celery stalks, minced
- 1 med Red or possibly green bell pepper, minced Olive-tahini sauce -- see recipe
- 3 c. Cooked chick peas
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Black pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large skillet. When warm, add in garlic, onion & celery & saute/fry until onion is translucent/soft. Add in bell pepper & saute/fry until vegetables are lightly browned. Remove from heat & pour olive-tahini sauce into the skillet along with the remaining ingredients. Return to low heat & simmer 5 to 7 min. Serve over rice or possibly other grain.
