Ingredientes
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1/4 c. pimentos, minced
Direcciones
- Heat butter over low heat. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook over low heat, stirring till mix is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in the chicken broth and cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add in chicken and pimentos, and lower heat. Hot for 5 min. Serve over rice or possibly toast. Serves 4 to 6.
