Receta Chicken Adobo With Pineapple

Ingredientes
- 3 pound chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sm. bay leaf
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. liquid removed pineapple tidbits
- 1 med. tomato, quartered
Direcciones
- Place first 7 ingredients in a pot and simmer covered for 30 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Add in tomato and pineapple and cook uncovered till liquid is reduced to half. Serve warm with rice.
