Receta Chicken and Almond Sandwiches
When this recipe says “4 sandwiches,” it means four full-sized sandwiches. If you’re making this for a tea party, you’ll of course want to cut the sandwiches into triangles or fingers, in which case it will make 12-16 tea sandwiches.
This recipe tastes best when made with freshly-cooked chicken rather than canned chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 cup cooked chicken meat, minced finely
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 8 slices toast
- Butter
- 4 lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Mix chicken, celery, almonds and seasonings. Moisten with mayonnaise. Spread on buttered toast, cover with lettuce and a second slice of toast. Cut into triangles or finger shapes. Makes 4 sandwiches.
