Receta Chicken And Egg Domburi

Ingredientes
- 4 x Chicken breats
- 1 1/4 c. Dashi or possibly chicken bouillon
- 4 Tbsp. Japanese dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Japanese light soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Mirin, sake or possibly dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 6 x Scallions, cut into thin rings
- 4 x Large eggs
Direcciones
- Cut the chicken breats into thin strips or possibly cubes. Bring the stock to a boil. Add in the soy sauces, mirin, sake or possibly dry sherry, and sugar, Bring back to a boil. Add in the chicken, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 min. Stir in the scallions and leave stand for 1 minute. Lightly stir the Large eggs in a bowl just sufficient to break them up, Add in the Large eggs tot the pan and leave to stand for a further 2 min, Carefull stir once. Spoon warm rice into indiidual bowls. Serve immediately
