Receta Chicken And Fresh Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 sm Head cauliflower
- 2 med Carrots - sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh or possibly dry parsley
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 4 x Chicken breast halves - skinless
- 2 x Tomatoes - ripe, sliced
- 1 lrg Onion sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. Basil - divided, minced
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Break the cauliflower into small pcs. Combine vegetables in 3 qt baking dish.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. parsley, 2 teaspoon basil, and the pepper. Pour the chicken broth over vegetables. Make paste of the remaining parsley and basil, garlic pwdr and lemon juice. Place chicken over vegetables. Spread the paste on chicken, cover and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till chicken and vegetables are tender.
