Receta Chicken And Pasta With Oraange Basil Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 6 ounce dry gemelli pasta, rotini, or possibly corkscrew
- 16 ounce Italian blend mixed vegetables
- 2 c. cooked chicken, or possibly turkey, cubed
- 1/4 c. fresh basil, snipped
Direcciones
- For sauce, in a small saucepan, combine thawed concentrate, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 min more.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan cook pasta in boiling, slightly salted water for 5 min. add in frzn vegetables; return to boiling. cook, uncovered, 5 min more or possibly till pasta and vegetables are tender.
- Drain; return to saucepan. Add in sauce, chicken, basil, and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Heat and toss till warm.
