Receta Chicken And Pineapple Soup Vietnamese Style

Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 med Tomato, coarsely minced
- 2 c. Fresh pineapple, coarsely minced
- 4 c. Chicken stock
- 1 tsp Lemongrass
- 1 pch Warm chili peppers, crushed dry
- 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- 1 c. Chicken white meat, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 c. Coriander leaves, minced
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan saute/fry the onion in the oil over moderate heat till it wilts.
- Add in the tomato, pineapple, stock and lemongrass, warm peppers, and fish suace. Simmer uncovered, over low heat for about 1/2 hr.
- Stir in the chicken, then the coriander. Bring to a simmer. Serve warm.
