Ingredientes
- 6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 sm. potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can fried onion rings
Direcciones
- Coat chicken breasts with flour and seasoned salt, brown in lightly greased frying pan. In a small bowl put together soup, lowfat milk and lowfat sour cream. Layer potatoes in 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour soup mix over potatoes and 1/2 of the cheese and onions. Arrange chicken breast on top and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 min.
