Receta Chicken And Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 kg chicken pcs seasoned flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 x clove garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard salt and pepper
- 750 gm potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 x onion, diced
- 100 gm mushrooms, sliced
- 1/3 c. cream
- 1/3 c. grated cheese
Direcciones
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 180deg.C. Place chicken pcs and 2 Tbsp. seasoned flour in a plastic bag and shake to coat well. Remove chicken and shake off excess flour.
- 2. Heat butter in a large pan and add in garlic and chicken pcs. Cook only till the skin has browned. Remove and set aside. Add in flour to pan and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the stock, mustard and seasoning and stir till the mix boils.
- 3. Arrange a layer of potato slices in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Place chicken, onion and mushrooms on top of potatoes and pour over the sauce. Top with the remaining potato slices.
- 4. Pour over the cream and proportionately sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake, covered, for 30 min, then remove lid and cook another 30 min.
