Receta Chicken And Spinach Calzone

Ingredientes
- 4 x Breasts, chicken, halves, broiler/fryer, boned,
- 3 Tbsp. Oil, olive
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 2 lrg Garlic, cloves, chopped
- 20 ounce Spinach, frzn, minced, thawed, well liquid removed
- 1 c. Cheese, cheddar, grated
- 1/2 c. Cheese, Parmesan, grated
- 1/2 c. Olives, minced
- 1/4 c. Pimentos, minced
- 1 lb Dough, bread, frzn, thawed shaped into an oblong
Direcciones
- In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add in onions; cook for 3 min till onions are tender. Add in garlic and cook for 3 to 5 min more.
- Add in chicken and cook, stirring, about 8 min, or possibly till chicken is fork tender.
- Set aside to cold.
- In a large bowl, mix the spinach, cheeses, olives, and pimento; mix in the chicken mix.
- Place the dough, on a large greased baking pan. Spread chicken mix over the dough leaving an inch border "clean" along the edges.
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Roll the long sides towards the center, and mix in the ends.
- Place the roll seem-side down on a baking pan. Bake for 1 hour or possibly till brown.
