Receta Chicken And Stuffing Casserole

Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon minced parsley
- 1 box chicken Stove Top stuffing mix
- 3 tbsp. oil for frying
Direcciones
- Brown chicken in skillet with 3 Tbsp. oil. Cook till tender. Place in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare stuffing as directed on box, but don't let stand. Put stuffing in middle of chicken breasts. Mix mushroom soup, lowfat milk and parsley together, then pour over entire dish. Cover with foil and cook for 20 min. Then uncover and bake for 10 min more or possibly till golden.
