Ingredientes
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 can Campbell's onion soup
- 4 med. peeled potatoes, cut in half
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1 sm. can green peas
- 1 sm. can carrots
Direcciones
- Salt and pepper chicken - lay it in a baking dish bone side up. Strain liquid from mushrooms, peas and carrots - add in over chicken. Lay potatoes on top and pour soup over top. Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 min. Makes 4 servings.
