Receta chicken avacado bacon salad

Ingredientes
- 4 strips bacon
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce, torn bite size pieces
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded loosely packed
- 2 small avocadoesdressing
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar eg seasoned rice vinegar or any vinegar on the sweet sidepepper to taste
- splash olive oil1
- tbsp chopped chives
Direcciones
- Fry the bacon until crisp ,
- place the lettuce into a large bowl and add the shredded chicken
- halve the avocados and scoop out flesh into the lettuce and chicken
- add the mustard to the oil remains of the bacon juices in the pan whisking to combine, then whisk in the vinegar, pepper pour over the salad and swiftly toss to mix adding a splash of olive oil or grapeseed as needed
- break the bacon up into pieces crumbling most of it into the salad and toss againm, sprinkle with remaining bacon
