Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 - 3 pound fryer chicken, cut up
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. cooking fat, butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3 tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Coat chicken with flour, salt and pepper mix. Brown in fat in heavy skillet. In saucepan, combine soup mix and lowfat sour cream. Stir in lowfat milk and beat with rotary beater. Heat, don't boil. Place browned chicken in casserole, pour in sauce, cover, bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 min.
