Receta Chicken Breasts Baked In Cream

Ingredientes
- 2 whl chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1/3 c. Minced onion
- 1 x Clove (small) garlic, chopped
- 3/4 c. Chicken broth
- 3/4 c. Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300. Cut chicken breasts in half crosswise, making 4 serving pcs. In heavy skillet, brown chicken in shortening till golden brown.
- Add in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly. Bake about 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Just before serving, remove chicken from skillet while making pan gravy. Serve with rice.
- Serves 4.
