Receta Chicken Breasts With Spinach

Ingredientes
- 4 x sun dry tomatoes
- 1 c. freshly boiled spinach minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 4 x boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
Direcciones
- Finely chop tomatoes. Press excess liquid from spinach and combine with tomatoes, zest, butter and parsley. Slightly flatten the chicken breasts.
- Divide spinach mix and spread over each chicken breast. Roll up chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks. Roll in breadcrumbs. Bake chicken for around 35 min in an oven at 350F. Remove toothpicks before serving.
