Receta Chicken Burgers On Toast Sourdough Bread

Ingredientes
- 14 ounce Grnd chicken
- 1/2 c. Plus
- 1 Tbsp. Seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dsh Warm pepper sauce, or possibly to taste
- 4 x 1-ounce diagonal slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 4 x Lettuce leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Plus
- 2 tsp Sweet pickle relish
Direcciones
- IN a medium bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, and Worcestershire and warm pepper sauces lightly but thoroughly; shape mix into 4 equal patties.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium heat. Add in chicken patties; cook, turning once, 10-12 min, till golden and cooked through.
- To serve, top each slice of bread with 1 lettuce leaf; place 1 cooked chicken patty and 2 tsp. of the pickle relish onto each leaf.
