Receta Chicken Caper Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in generous sized pcs
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. seedless grapes
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- Dash nutmeg
- 1 diced celery
- 3/4 c. toasted, salted almonds
- 1 tbsp. capers
- Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice over chicken; add in remaining lemon juice to celery; allow to stand separately at least one hour; mix chicken, celery, 1/2 c. grapes, 1/2 c. almonds, 1/3 c. mayonnaise, capers and seasonings lightly together. Pile in lettuce c., garnish with remaining grapes and almonds; top with mayonnaise. Serves 4.
