Receta Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chicken breasts, sliced thinly
- 2 Tbsp. Freshly grated parmesan cheese Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x 200 g pack Caesar salad
Direcciones
- Place the chicken pcs in a bowl and sprinkle over the parmesan and seasonings.
- Mix till well coated.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or possibly wok and stir-fry the chicken for 2-3 min till it is well cooked.
- Mix the Caesar dressing sachet with the lettuce, add in the chicken and sprinkle over the croutons.
- NOTES : A classic salad combining the succulence of the parmesan chicken, the crispness of the lettuce, the smooth creaminess of the sauce and the crunch of the croutons.
