Receta Chicken Capri Parmigiana

Ingredientes
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- Garlic pwdr
- 2 tbsp. veg. oil
- 1 c. crushed tomatoes
- 8 slices Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Blend the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper and oregano. Rub chicken with garlic pwdr and brown in skillet with oil approximately 12 min on each side. Remove and cold. Place chicken pcs side by side in baking dish. Spoon 1/4 c. seasoned ricotta and 1/4 c. crushed tomatoes in center of each breast. Top each with 2 slices of Mozzarella. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 min. Serves 4.
