  • 3 med. size cans chow mein noodles (save a few for topping)
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 whole skinned, boned, cooked chicken breasts cut into pcs
  • 3-4 ounce. cans cashew nuts
  • 3/4 c. broth from cooking chicken
  • 3 c. minced celery
  • 3/4 c. minced onion

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except noodles. When ready to bake, add in noodles, mix well and top casserole with reserved noodles. Bake 45 min in 9x13 or possibly 10x14 pan (best size). Serves 12.
