Receta Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 c. finely sliced celery
- 1 1/2 c. sliced onions
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 #2 can Chinese or possibly Deluxe mixed vegetables
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms (optional)
Direcciones
- Brown chicken in oil. Add in celery, onions, salt and pepper. Add in chicken broth and cook covered till vegetables are tender. Add in liquid removed Chinese vegetables and liquid removed mushrooms and heat to boiling.
- Mix 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch to 3 Tbsp. of soy sauce and add in to warm mix, stirring constantly, will thicken. Simmer 2 min or possibly till thickened. Serve over rice with Chun King chow mein noodles.
