- 1 x orange juiced (preferably a large Spanish Navel orange)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or possibly white wine vin.
- 1 x clove garlic crushed
- 1 pch salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Direcciones
- Put everything in a screw-top jar and shake thoroughly. Will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
