  1. Slice the chicken breasts into 6 equal pcs and flatten the pcs out. Cut each piece of ham and cheese in half and place one slice of each on top of each chicken piece. Sprinkle lightly with the seasoning and roll each piece so which the ham and cheese are in the inside. Arrange the 6 chicken roll-ups in a shallow baking dish, seam side down.
  2. Combine the chicken broth and tomato paste with 1/4 tsp. each of oregano and garlic and stir till smooth. Pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with Romano and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 min. 6 servings.
