Receta Chicken Cottage Pie
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut in chunks (about 8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- fresh spinach (I didn't measure)
- 1 T dried parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned)
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche (I used sour cream)
- 2 T butter
