Receta Chicken Crepes

Ingredientes
- 10-12 crepes (recipe below)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. minced apple
- 1 med. stalk celery, minced
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
Direcciones
- Heat butter till melted, blend in flour and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till mix is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
- Mix chicken, apple, celery, onion and 3/4 c. of thickened broth. Place 1/4 c. of chicken mix on center of each crepe, roll up. Place crepes seam side down in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour remaining broth over crepes. Baked, uncovered at 350 degrees till crepes are warm, about 20 min. Serves 4-6.
- Optional: 1/2 c. cashew nuts may be added to chicken mix.
