Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 x onions peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. curry pwdr
- 2 whl breasts cut in large pcs
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cool water
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. minced chives or possibly parsley salt and pepper black olives
Direcciones
- Heat butter, onions, cook 5-6 minutes. Fold in curry pwdr and cook 3-4 minutes low. Add in chicken and stir; cook 2-3 minutes. Add in stock and continue to cook for 9-10 minutes. Pour in cream and cook 2-3 minutes.
