Receta Chicken Dijon Tidbits

Ingredientes
- 2 x Boned And Skinned Chicken Breasts, Whole
- 1/4 c. Butter Or possibly Margarine
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 c. Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, Freshly Grated
Direcciones
- Cut chicken breasts into 3/4" cubes. Heat margarine in medium skillet over medium heat. Stir in mustard, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and salt. Add in chicken; saute/fry over medium heat 5 - 10 min, turning chicken till lightly browned on all sides. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese; toss till chicken is proportionately coated. Spoon into a flat serving dish and serve hot with toothpicks.
