Receta "Chicken Divan"

Ingredientes
- Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (approximately 2 lbs.)
- Fresh broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. shredded white Cheddar cheese
- Bread crumbs
- butter
Direcciones
- Precook chicken breasts (cook in foil to retain moisture); approximately 30 min in a 300 degree oven. Steam broccoli flowerets. Cover bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cut up chicken. (Can lay full breasts but bite-sized pcs are easier to serve). Cover chicken with steamed broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry pwdr and lowfat milk. Cover chicken and broccoli with soup mix. Top with shredded white Cheddar cheese. Top with bread crumbs. Lay small pats of butter on top of everything. Cook uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
