Receta Chicken Dry Rub And Marinade

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 2 tsp Sweet papkika
- 1 tsp Gumbo file, (file spice)
- 1 tsp Thyme, dry
- 1/2 tsp Basil, dry
Direcciones
- MARINADE- 1 pt distilled vinegar1 tb cayenne pepper1 tb salt
- For marinade, mix all ingredients and let pepper vinegar sit at room temperature for at least two days before use.
- Take chicken pcs and rub with spice mix. Place rubbed chicken pcs in a glass bowl and pour pepper vinegar over to cover. Cover bowl and refrigeratre overnight. Grill chicken over medium coals.
