Receta Chicken Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 1 green and or possibly red bell pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 onion
- 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, deboned & sliced in strips
- Fajita seasoning
- 1 lg. pkg. flour tortillas
- Lowfat sour cream
- Cheddar cheese
- Warm sauce
Direcciones
- Remove tortillas from package and place in aluminum foil. Fold foil tightly around tortillas. Don't add in water. Place in 350 degree oven to hot for 15 min. While tortillas are warming, heat a small amount of veg. oil in skillet. Cook chicken over moderate heat till 1/2 done, approximately 7 min. Add in green and or possibly red pepper and onions. Continue cooking over moderate heat till done. Serve with tortillas. Add in lowfat sour cream, sliced cheddar cheese and a dash of warm sauce on top of each fajita, if you like.
