Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 x Corn tortillas, 6 or possibly 7 inches, heated
- 2 c. Shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 x Tomato, diced
- 4 Tbsp. Prepared salsa
- 1/2 c. Avocado dip or possibly prepared guacamole
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- 1. Heat grill pan or possibly broiler. Combine chili pwdr and oil in small bowl.
- Rub proportionately over chicken breasts. Grill or possibly broil 4 inches from heat source, 4 min per side.
- 2. Slice chicken crosswise into strips. Divide proportionately among hot tortillas and top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, avocado dip and lowfat sour cream.
