Receta Chicken In A Pot

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Whole chicken
- 2 x Carrots, sliced
- 2 x Onions, sliced
- 2 x Celery stalks with leaves, cut in 1
- 1 tsp Basil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 c. Chlcken broth or possibly wine
Direcciones
- Put carrots, onions, and celery in bottom of CROCK-POT. Add in whole chicken.
- Top with salt, pepper, liquid. Sprinkle basil over top. Cover and cook till done-low 8 to 10 hrs. (High 3 to 4 hrs, using 1 c. water).
- Remove chicken and vegetables with spatula.
