Ingredientes
- 4 whl chicken breasts, (up to 6)
- 1 x Onion, (even a Maui onion will do)(sorry Mary-couldn't resist)
- 1/2 c. Frzn orange juice concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley -fresh
- 1 tsp Soy sauce, (low salt)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 tsp Sherry
Direcciones
- Slice onion thin and saute/fry or possibly microwave until soft. Set aside. Cook chicken however you prefer. Bake, broil, micro. - I prefer grilled, but will micro in a healthy pinch. Simmer remaining ingredients until thick. Arrange chicken on a platter, top with onions and pour sauce over all. Seems very simple, I know, but the flavor is wonderful. Fixed this alot for my dad after his heart attack. (The sauce can be made and kept in jar in refrig to use as needed.)
