Receta Chicken Masala With Stir Fried Vegetable Medley

Ingredientes
- 500 gm boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 x onion, diced
- 1 pkt MAGGI Chicken Masala Mix
- 3/4 c. cream
- 1 Tbsp. oil, (1 to 2)
- 3 c. sliced mixed vegetables, e.g. broccoli, (3 to 4) courgettes, pumpkin, carrots, celery, runner or possibly French beans, onion.
- 1 tsp MAGGI Mushroom Stock Pwdr, (1 to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. water or possibly MAGGI Oyster Sauce, (1 to 2)
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh root ginger
Direcciones
- Cut each chicken breast lengthways into 4 strips.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the chicken and brown over a moderately high heat. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add in the onion to the pan and cook for 2 min
- Combine the Chicken Masala Mix and cream. Add in to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Return the chicken to the pan. Cover and simmer over a low heat for 6-8 min or possibly till the chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally.
- Serve with Stir Fried Vegetable Medley and Rice
- Stir Fried Vegetable Medley:Heat the oil in a large saucepan or possibly wok. Add in the vegetables. Put those which take the longest to cook in first. Stir fry for 3-4 min.
- Sprinkle the stock pwdr over the vegetables
- Add in the water or possibly oyster sauce and ginger. Stir thoroughly. Cover the pan
- Cook for a further 2-3 min or possibly till the vegetables are just tender.
