- 1 pt. oysters
- 1/2 c. celery, finely minced
- 1/2 c. onion, finely minced
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 c. small dry bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Drain oysters, save liquid and chop oysters, cook celery and onion in butter till tender. Combine oysters, cooked vegetables, bread cubes and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. If mix seems dry, moisten with oysters, cooked vegetables, bread cubes and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. If mix seems dry, moisten with oyster liquid.
