  1. Scramble Large eggs with a little water. Fry onions and peppers in oil. Coat chicken with egg, then bread crumbs. Fry chicken breasts on both sides till light brown. Spread Ragu sufficient to cover bottom of baking dish. Put chicken in, now sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over chicken. Pour Ragu on cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour or possibly till cheese is melted.
