Receta Chicken Papaya Salad With Cantonese Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce chicken (cooked)
- 2 ounce Bibb lettuce
- 1/2 ounce radicchio
- 1 ounce leaf lettuce
- 1/4 x papaya
- 2 ounce Cantonese Vinaigrette (see below)
- 1 ounce shaved coconut
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oyster sauce
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 c. safflower oil
- 2 1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. minced spring onion
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, lettuce and papaya. Add in salad dressing and sprinkle shaved coconut over the top.
- For the Cantonese Vinaigrette: In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, ginger, dry mustard, and sugar. Mix oyster sauce into mix till a smooth paste is formed. Slowly add in oil. When dressing becomes thick, slowly add in vinegar. Alternate oil and vinegar according to thickness till dressing is complete, then stir in spring onions.
