- 2 1/2 c. Cubed cooked chicken
- 1 pkt (10 ounce) frzn mixed vegetables Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3/4 c. Ranch salad dressing
- 4 x Warm baked potatoes
Direcciones
- Place chicken and vegetables in a 2-quart. microwave-safe dish; cover and microwave on HIGH for 6-7 min, stirring once. Add in salt and pepper. Let stand for 2 min. Mix in salad dressing. With a sharp knife, cut an "x"
- in the top of each potato; fluff pulp with fork. Top with chicken mix.
