  1. Cook artichoke according to package directions; drain. Combine with salad dressing, chicken, water chestnuts, olives, and soy sauce. Cover and chill at least 3 hrs.
  2. Heat butter; add in pecans and cook over low heat, stirring constantly till nuts begin to brown. Drain nuts and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning; cold.
  3. Drain any liquid from chicken mix. Add in celery just before serving.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with pecans.
