Receta Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 cans water
- 1 chicken, cut up and seasoned with salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Place rice in 3-qt casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup, onion soup, mix and water. Place chicken pcs skin-side down on top of rice. Cover casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown chicken, turning once. Makes 5 servings.
