- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. soft shredded bread
- 1/3 c. diced celery
- 4 beaten Large eggs
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
Direcciones
- Combine chicken, rice, bread, and celery. To the beaten Large eggs, add in salt, poultry seasonings and broth. Mix thoroughly. Stir in chicken mix. Bake in greased 9 by 9 by 2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 60 min.
