Ingredientes

  • ◾2 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast
  • ◾2 ribs celery, chopped
  • ◾1 small apple, chopped
  • ◾2 scallions, chopped
  • ◾1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • ◾2 tablespoons mayonnaise or more, enough to bind the salad
  • ◾salt and pepper to taste
  • ◾1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • ◾To serve: napa cabbage leaves, shredded carrot

Direcciones

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the chicken, celery, apple, scallions, almonds, and enough mayonnaise to bind. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Serve with napa cabbage leaves and shredded carrot.
