Receta Chicken Scampi And Linguini

Ingredientes
- 1 lb linguini
- 2 whl chicken breasts boneless, cut 1" pcs
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 bn broccoli, minced
- 1 lrg red pepper, cut into 1" chunks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x lemon, juice of parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Put on water for linguini. Heat butter and oil in large skillet, add in garlic and sautee2 min. Add in chicken and cook, stirring constantly, till golden brown.
- Push to one side, add in broccoli and red pepper. Cook 2 min. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and cook 2 min. When water comes to boil, cook linguini, then drain pasta. Add in chicken and vegetable sauce to pasta and toss to coat proportionately. Serve with grated parmesan cheese
