  1. Put oil, chicken breast (cut in bite size chunks) in large cast iron skillet. Sear meat at a high temperature. Mince garlic and cut up onion and place them in pan next. Simmer at medium heat 10 min. Next put soy sauce and remaining vegetables in; simmer 10 min. Next put sugar and 1/4 c. water. Take mix off heat for 2 min. Add in flour and 1/4 c. water mix. Place on heat for additional 5 min. Salt and pepper to taste; add in more soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
