- red, green, yellow peppers
- onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup mild taco sauce
- 3/4 cup chicken breast chopped
- Hummus
- Cheese
Direcciones
- Cook chicken breast in sauce pan until sauted
- Broil Pita until crispy on both sides
- Cover pita with 5-6 Tbl Hummus
- Spread Pita with pepper and chicken
- Smother with cheese
- Broil until cheese is melted
