Receta Chicken Taco Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can chicken broth
- 8 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 pkt taco seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 c. instant rice uncooked
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese tortilla chips
Direcciones
- In a skillet with a cover, saute/fry the chicken in the oil till opaque.
- Drain. Add in chicken broth, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning mix. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered for about 5 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in the instant rice, cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 min, till rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately, with tortilla chips.
