Receta Chicken Tacos

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. green onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (8 ounce.) can taco sauce or possibly green chili salsa
- Salt to taste
- 12 taco shells
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- Minced lettuce
- Minced tomato
- Lowfat sour cream
- Guacamole
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion in the shortening till transparent. Add in the chicken, green chili salsa or possibly taco sauce and salt to taste. Heat to boiling. Prepare shells according to package directions. Put 2 Tbsp. of the chicken mix and 1 Tbsp. of grated cheese in each shell. Serve with option of lettuce, tomato, lowfat sour cream or possibly guacamole and extra chili sauce as desired. 6 servings.
