Receta Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 x baked chicken boned Reserved broth from chicken
- 2 can chicken broth
- 1 can tomatoes and green chilies - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1 sm onion minced
- 2 x garlic cloves Chili pwdr to taste Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Minced fresh parsley to taste
Direcciones
- Bring all your chicken broth to a boil with the tomatoes, onion, garlic and seasonings to taste. Cook 20 min or possibly till onion is done. Puree in a blender. Add in about half of chicken (minced) and parsley and let simmer for 10 min. (Reserve the remainder of the chicken for another use.)
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings;
- Comments: Serve in soup bowls over the low carb tortillas torn in strips or possibly alone and top with grated cheese
